Jerry Stevens
Jerry grew up surrounded by Contractors and home Repair Specialists in Marion, NC. His Father and Uncle founded one of the most successful General Contracting companies in the entire Southeastern United States, and Jerry worked with his family until joining the Army out of High School. After serving his country, Jerry decided to pursue a different interest and attain Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science and Business from Appalachian State University. Jerry has since worked for many successful companies including IBM, Merrill Lynch, Lowes Hardware, and Nivea (BSN-Medical); but his interest in construction, house rehabilitation, and the fulfillment of having a creative hand taught from his family never lessened. After graduating the University of North Carolina at Wilmington's, Cameron School of Business in 2002 he entered a very competitive mortgage & real estate industry. Armed with a B.S. in Finance and a strong desire to succeed, he quickly rose to the top of his firm at 1st Priority Mortgage Corp. He then expanded into the transaction side of real estate and became a licensed broker in 2004 with Cape Fear | Sotheby's International Realty. There he took his finely tuned skills of analyzing personal and business financial statements to determine proper debt service solutions, along with adequate loan to value ratios and applied those skills to helping clients better evaluate their real estate decisions. In 2012 he partnered with Jerry and launched the company Renovo Homes Inc. which specializes in real estate redevelopment and property investment. Renovo works hand in hand with clients who wish to invest in both commercial and residential real estate while requiring a single firm to handle their entire real estate needs with integrity and respect while maintaining a confidential environment.
