The Burn House
This house was very sad the first time we walked through it. The house caught fire one night and fortunatly the homeowners weren't home. Unfortunatly between the fire and the smoke damage, everything was ruined.
This rehab is very extensive and will involve.
- Cutting the roof off completely and repacing with new Engineered Truss's, lifetime architectual shingles,
- New open concept kitchen/dining/living room.
- New office/study
- Custom hand built Gourment kitchen cabinets, topped with Custom Granite, and finalized with Satinless Steel Appliances.
- Enlarged and re-designed master bath, with custom tile shower that features upgraded frameless glass doors. Custom built double bowl vanity
- Eco Friendly Hardwoods throughout all living areas
- Many, Many more high end upgrades.
The DogPen
This house was another sad house, not becuase of what happend to the people but what the people did to this house. They had left animals to fend for themselves and animal feces was on every part of flooring throughout. Needless to say this house was a complete gut and redesign.
For this house we plan to:
- Taking house down to studs and building back out.
- New open concept kitchen/dining/living room.
- Redesigned Master Bedroom to inlude Huge Walk in Closet and Master bath with modern tile and modern vanity
- Custom hand built Gourment kitchen cabinets, and finalized with Satinless Steel Appliances.
- Many, Many more high end upgrades.
Old Blue
Another historic project by RHI. This house nearing 100 years old is in the historic distric of Wilmington, and will be a masterpeice when done. We look forward to making this home the standard on the street.
Plans for this house:
- Taking down to studs but making sure to keep all detailed historic trim that makes this house the beauty it was.
- New windows but keeping all historic trim
- New roof
- New deck
- Updated screened in porch
